uniqueness
Sigma Investment House and Clarity Capital merged with a shared vision to create the next leading wealth management model in Israel. Our uniqueness lies in a combination of capabilities and values that only such a merger can produce:
We combine the experience and stability of a long-established investment house (Sigma, founded in 1992) with the agility, innovation, and personalized service of a boutique investment firm (Clarity Capital). This integration enables us to provide highly tailored, creative, and client-centered solutions, supported by the strength of a solid institutional foundation.
As part of the global banking group Andbank, we have direct access to international markets, advanced investment products, and business partners around the world. Combined with a deep understanding of the Israeli market, this allows us to offer global investment solutions precisely adapted to our clients’ local needs.
We consider alternative investments (such as real estate funds, private equity, and hedge funds) to be essential components of a well-diversified portfolio. Our proven expertise in this field provides our clients with access to high-quality investment opportunities beyond traditional capital markets, with the goal of diversifying risk and enhancing long-term returns.
We operate based on a research-driven, modern investment philosophy that integrates quantitative models, rigorous data analysis, and advanced risk management. This approach ensures a disciplined, fact-based decision-making process, independent of emotional market reactions and noise.

ESG as a Foundation for Long-Term Value
At Sigma Clarity, we view Environmental (E), Social (S), and Corporate Governance (G) factors not merely as ethical principles, but as key drivers of growth and essential indicators of risk in global investing.
We integrate ESG principles as a core pillar of our investment, research, and advisory strategy.
Our Approach to Responsible Investing
We believe that companies and financial products managed responsibly, transparently, and with awareness of their environmental and social impact hold a clear competitive advantage and greater long-term return potential.
We deeply incorporate ESG analysis into our due diligence and decision-making processes. We view ESG factors as active indicators of:
Integration and Analysis
- Management Quality: Companies with strong governance (G) are better equipped to navigate challenges.
- Operational Stability: Companies effectively managing environmental (E) and social (S) risks are less exposed to disruptions.
- Innovation and Growth: Identifying companies that create sustainable, forward-looking solutions.
- Emphasis on Corporate Governance At the core of our financial activity, we place special emphasis on the governance (G) component. We evaluate board structure, transparency practices, and corporate ethics. For us, strong governance is the foundation of trust and effective risk management.

Community Contribution
Contributing to the Community: Investing in a Better Society
We believe that corporate responsibility is an inseparable part of business success. From this perspective, we continuously act to support the society and the community in which we live and operate. Our aim is not only to generate returns for our clients, but also to create shared value and drive meaningful, positive change.
Our Guiding Principles
Our community engagement is built on three core principles:
- Long-Term Partnerships: We establish long-term collaborations with social organizations, with the goal of supporting lasting, sustainable change.
- Empowerment and Education: We focus our efforts on areas where we can create the greatest impact — education, empowerment of underserved populations, and providing tools that enable growth, independence, and success.
- Supporting Businesses in Conflict Zones: As part of our commitment to Israeli society, we are particularly proud to support businesses in the northern and southern regions affected by war. We work in cooperation with entrepreneurs and farmers in these areas, providing financial support, business mentoring, and strategic consulting to help them rebuild their operations. We view the resilience of local agriculture and small businesses as a cornerstone of Israel’s social and economic fabric, and we are proud to stand with them.
We invite you to join us in our mission to create a better future. A shared effort can spark significant change, and we remain dedicated to fostering a stronger, more resilient, and more just society.
Technology – Strategic Algorithmic
Our Unique Selection Process: Only 4% Are Approved
To ensure that only the highest-quality opportunities reach your portfolio, we have developed a rigorous and methodical screening process that covers the entire investment cycle.
- Broad Global Sourcing: Each year, we review more than 500 alternative investment opportunities from around the world.
- Deal Flow & Due Diligence Funnel: Over 250 funds enter our pipeline. We conduct in-depth financial analysis, evaluate management teams, assess business models, and review legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Strict Filtering and Selection: Only approximately 40% of funds meet our initial criteria and proceed to advanced due diligence.
- Dedicated Investment Committee: After a comprehensive evaluation process, only about 4.5% of annual opportunities (approximately 10 carefully selected funds per year) receive final approval from our Investment Committee.
This thorough process ensures that we invest across the full lifecycle of the funds, carefully selecting General Partners (GPs) with proven track records and the ability to generate real alpha. Do not let your capital be limited by the public markets. Make investment decisions at an institutional level.
