11.2 Accessible Customer Service
- Entry to the Company's offices is permitted for a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability.
- Entry of guide dogs for the blind is permitted.
- Eligible persons may receive exemption from waiting in line upon presentation of a certificate.

11.7 Updates, Tests and Adjustment Processes
