Ahead of an IPO wave: Sigma Clarity also establishes an underwriting company
The investment house is establishing an underwriting, advisory, and distribution company, against the backdrop of expected IPOs by dozens of Israeli companies over the coming month. To manage the operations, Sigma Clarity has recruited Moshe Mordechai, who served for over 20 years as VP at Menora Mivtachim Underwriting and Management, and will also become a partner in the firm. This move follows the expansion of the investment house's activities over the past year, during which its assets under management (AUM) grew to over NIS 20 billion.
